Our Refund Policy For Villa Retreats And Travel Services
- Established - November 21, 2023
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which payments made to All Roads Lead To Italy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for travel coaching services, villa retreats, and any related travel experiences (“Services”) may be refunded, if at all. By submitting payment for any of our Services, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
1. General Policy – No Refunds
All payments made to All Roads Lead To Italy are non-refundable, with the sole exceptions set forth in Sections 2 and 3 of this Policy.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that due to the nature of the Services provided—including, but not limited to, the advance booking and pre-payment of private villas, transportation, and staff sourced from both Italy and the United States—our operations require significant upfront investment.
Accordingly, All Roads Lead To Italy adopts a strict no-refund policy to protect against financial loss.
2. Exceptions – Medical Emergencies and Death
A full or partial refund may be considered only in the event of:
The death of the Client or an immediate family member; or
A serious, documented medical emergency affecting the Client’s ability to travel.
In such cases, the Client must provide written notice along with verifiable documentation (e.g., medical certificate, death certificate) to the Company no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled retreat start date.
All Roads Lead To Italy, in its sole discretion, will determine whether the documentation meets the requirements for refund eligibility.
Refunds granted under this provision will be issued within a reasonable time frame and are subject to processing and administrative fees.
3. Waitlist Replacement – Conditional Refund Option
In rare and exceptional cases, a full refund may be issued if all of the following conditions are met:
The Client submits a written request to cancel no later than ninety (90) calendar days prior to the scheduled retreat start date; and
All Roads Lead To Italy is able to replace the Client’s reservation with a new participant from the existing waitlist; and
The replacement participant agrees to pay in full for the retreat.
Refunds issued under this clause shall be made solely at All Roads Lead To Italy’s discretion and are not guaranteed. Processing fees may apply.
4. Deposits – Non-Refundable but Transferable
All initial deposits paid toward any retreat or service are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, changes in travel plans, or dissatisfaction with the itinerary.
However, such deposits may be transferred, on a one-time basis, to a future retreat offered by the Company, provided that:
The request for transfer is made in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the scheduled retreat; and
Space is available on the requested future retreat, and
The retreat is scheduled to occur within twelve (12) months of the original retreat date.
5. No Liability for Force Majeure
All Roads Lead To Italy shall not be held liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, of any of its obligations under this Policy or otherwise, due to events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”), including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, civil unrest, or governmental actions. In such cases, All Roads Lead To Italy reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the retreat. Refunds will not be provided due to Force Majeure Events. The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future retreat as a goodwill gesture.
6. Agreement to Policy
By submitting payment for any retreat or related Service offered by All Roads Lead To Italy, the Client hereby acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy in its entirety.
The Client affirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions herein, and that no verbal or written representations outside this Policy shall modify or supersede its terms.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where All Roads Lead To Italy so chooses and/or where they are established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State where All Roads Lead To Italy so chooses and/or where they are established, and the Client agrees to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
